All major cards are accepted nationwide.
Debit Card
Your debit card will be authorized for the full amount. If cancelled/returned, your bank determines when funds are released.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay
Cash
We accept cash as a form of payment in-store only.
Personal/Business Checks
Subject to verification, valid identification, and excludes starter checks and foreign checking accounts
Gift Cards
Micro Center gift cards are accepted for in store purchases only.

Can I use Affirm for online checkout or in-store pickup?
Yes, Affirm can be used for in-store purchases of $250+ (including in-store pickup orders). Just tell the cashier in the store you'd like to pay with Affirm.
For online orders: Select "Pay over time with Affirm" during your online checkout.
I received my approval for an Insider Credit Card. Can I use it right away without physically having it?
Yes! While you wait to receive your physical card in the mail, you can use your Insider Credit Card immediately and receive all card benefits.
What you need:
- Valid state-issued ID (driver's license or state ID)
- You will be required to show alternate forms of ID if you do not have your physical Insider Credit Card with you at the time of purchase. We do this to protect you and us from fraudulent activity.
Can another person make my purchase on my behalf?
Yes, another person can make your purchase on your behalf if they use their own payment method in their own name and present photo ID if requested.
Can I pay for items ahead of time via phone call or website?
No, for standard in-store pickup orders we do not accept payment by phone or in advance. You’ll pay when you pick up the items in store. The exception is custom builds submitted through our online portal, which can be paid for in advance.
Can I split payment across multiple payment methods?
In-store: Yes, we can accept split payments for in-store purchases.
Online: No, we cannot accept multiple payment methods.
What financing options are available?
We offer financing through our Insider Credit Card and Affirm (flexible payment plans).
Can my company pay with a purchase order?
Yes, but only for in-store purchase and when you have an established NET30 Account with Micro Center. To establish a NET30 account, email [email protected] to request an application.
Can I pay with an international/foreign card or make purchases from another country?
We accept major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover®, and Diners Club). For online purchases, cards must have a U.S. billing and shipping address.
My business/organization has a tax-exempt status. How can I apply this to my purchase?
Please bring your state-issued tax-exempt documentation when you visit the store. Our team will verify your status and apply the exemption to your total. If you shop outside your home state, you must provide tax-exempt documentation for the state where the store is located.
