Meet Your Manager, Dawn Aborn

For over a decade, Dawn Aborn has proudly served Micro Center in her hometown of Mayfield Heights. What began as a favor to a friend—working as a cashier—quickly grew into a fulfilling career. She has since held leadership roles including Front End Lead, Build Your Own Supervisor, and Retail Supervisor before becoming General Manager. Guided by great mentors and a supportive team, Dawn is passionate about growing alongside her colleagues and contributing to Micro Center’s success.

Dawn is drawn to Micro Center's clear mission, collaborative culture, and commitment to continuous learning. She thrives in an environment where innovation is encouraged, contributions are recognized, and both customers and employees are empowered to achieve more. For her, it's about more than selling technology—it’s about creating meaningful experiences and fostering growth for her team and community.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys live music, exploring new restaurants in Greater Cleveland, and gardening at home. A proud resident of Mayfield Heights for over 25 years, she also supports the local arts and enjoys the area's unique natural beauty, from Cleveland's cultural venues to the scenic trails of the Emerald Necklace.
