Meet Your Manager, Jeff Friedrich

Jeff’s family moved to Delaware County around the time the St. David’s Micro Center opened in 1992. He fondly remembers shopping at the store with his dad and never wanting to leave. He even did product demonstrations out of the store on the weekends while in high school in the late 90’s. While still a teenager and fresh out of Army basic training, Jeff started working at Micro Center in fall of 2001. He worked his way through three different sales departments and spent close to ten years as the store’s Retail Sales Manager. He enjoys finding the proper solutions for customers, finding new ways to be successful in retail sales and working with the employees. The daily challenges of running a retail store keep the job exciting. There’s always something new and fun in the computer industry. Other than the store culture, what amazes Jeff more than anything is how the customers truly feel like a part of the Micro Center family. The St. David’s store has been in the community for so long that we’re now helping the children and grandchildren of original store customers from the early 90’s.

Jeff still proudly resides in Delaware County with his wife, son and dog, Harper (Go Phillies!). In his spare time, Jeff enjoys tabletop games, all things Star Trek and Philly sports. You may even catch him out for a jog or hike early in the mornings.
